My career spans the corporate, non-profit, and educational sectors, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how people, organizations, and communities function. In the corporate world, I developed strong skills in strategy, operations, and accountability. Through my work in the non-profit and educational spaces, I have seen firsthand the challenges individuals and families face, as well as the importance of support systems that help people grow and succeed. Together, these experiences have shaped my ability to lead with both competence and empathy, and to bring people together to find practical, real-world solutions.
Personal
Steinbach has been my home for over 35 years. I have been married to my husband Jon for 25 years and we have three children, which has shaped how I see the world and the importance of creating a place where families can thrive. Jon and I are partners in two local businesses, which has taught me firsthand the realities of risk, hard work, and perseverance.
